so i have run my mp10s for two weeks on low constant to break them in. Last night I went up to 50% constant and my sps corals torches etc were really blowing around a lot...what’s everyone running these at? I’ve seen a lot of the reef mode but how high do you take them? right now I have both located up high on the tank and one toward the front and one on the opposite side toward the back...unless the mode itself makes things less crazy I can’t imagine running both at more that 20 or 30 %??? Any tips or suggestions would be much appreciated!

Two MP10's are good for a 54g tank.

If you want to see how the flow is throughout the tank, take a 10ml syringe, fill it with water, and force it out quickly into one of the MP10's. This should send micro bubbles throughout the display and give you a good visual of the water movement.

Check out my thread on flow with the attached video: https://www.reef2reef.com/threads/flow-is-it-enough.471706/

A good way to look at it and +1 on two being good for a 54g

I have an MP40 and 2 MP10's on a 75 gallon (40 on one side, the 2 10's on the other) and I'm typically only running about 20-30%. But I have probably a bit too much flow!

I use the purple setting (can't remember what its called) that causes it to seemingly randomly jump from steady, to waves, to calm, to pulsing.
