Each MP10 w is connected to its own Ecotech battery back up. Worked yesterday while equipment was unplugged. Today during a power outage neither are working, just blinking red and green as in stall mode. The controller shows power to the backup, both are lit to the right hand side. Both wet sides died at the same time? They were cleaned Saturday and worked fine afterwards. Any suggestions?

The only time I've had the blinking red and green was when one of my cables was partially unplugged. Check all of your connections by pressing the low voltage cables together and see if that helps. Mine looked like it was plugged in by eye, but then I pressed it together it reconnected and worked fine.

When the power came back on, one pump started up. The other I had to remove wetside and reinstall, no clue why. They were both working before the power went out. The strange part…after the power came on and I removed the power input, they worked fine on the battery backups. When I needed them to come on when the power failed they didn’t.

What, they did it again. Both battery backups are reading 14.3 and 14.4
When power goes out, they don’t work. One flashes red and green, app says stall mode. Not touching anything when power comes back on they both work, no stall mode. If I remove the power plugs from the pumps to feed coral they both work on battery back ups. When you need them to work…they don’t. Any ideas?
