SO, I got two MP10w's for cheap. I only have a 28 gallon bow, so might be a bit of overkill but I would like to run both. Can I get opinions and thoughts on location of them and what programming to use? One is in the bottom left corner in back because I felt that was a dead area. My tunze is in the back right corner so was told not to put close to that.

2 is over kill since you already have a tunze.
I would save 1 for backup.

We have a bow front as our nano 30g.. We run our MP10 dead center in lagoon mode | about 2 dots on the dial constantly throughout the day. the second pump is a koralia 425 that we run on the right side on a 4hr increments cycle. We’ve gotten fairly good results with this setup. We’ve paired the Koralia pump with a smart power outlet that you can schedule to go on and off. I agree a cheaper second pump is the way to go. I’ve had to change out the MP10 wet side once (had about 1 1/2 yrs).

I was thinking of putting the other on the right side in front closer to the top. Only concern then is that leave skimmer mistake about 8 inches from head.
