I can't figure out the app for the iphone....does one need a reeflink to operate it?

Yes, you need a Reeflink.

Yes you have to have the reef link to use the WiFi feature to connect to your router. Then you can use the EcoSmart app for your setting. If you have an apex you are going to need the WMX module and you will not need the reef link.

I actually like how the Ecotech interface. Dream list would be if I could use the reeflink to communicate with the Apex with a aquabus cable and not have to buy the WMX model. One other tidbit is reeflink take a bit to boot up and connect.
