So I bought a used mp40 . I go to power it up and it's flashing red and green . I know it's not the wet side because I didn't even installed inside the tank and the driver was already flashing red and green . Does that mean the motor is a goner or can It be the driver ? I tried reseting but it will not reset it self or anything . Can any one help me please I would really appreciate

It's a stall code. Meaning it cant spin the wetside usually. Install it properly on your tank and see if it fixes it. If it keeps doing it check your cables going into the driver. I have a mp10 that stalls occasionally when I pull on the wires. Usually when I wiggle them it corrects itself. Or you can unplug the power supply from the driver to Shut it off.

Okay I put the pin and space adjust it to my glass thickness and it's still doing the same thing could it be the wires it does have the wires kinda ripped at the end of the dry side

Try moving the wires around some to see if that works. If it does or doesn't I recommend sending it to ecotech for repairs.

Well a new one costs 350 so if cost is a issue then I would get this one fixed. It shouldn't cost too much I would think. Even if its the driver its only $100 I think. If after that you want the new one just sell this one and then buy a mew one haha
