Have a single MP40 on 48×24×24 tank. 2 torch, 1 hammer. 2 mushroom rocks, blast colony(maybe 10-12 heads) 2 zoa frags, 1 rose anenome and 6 fish. Bought mp40 new 2 months ago but won't connect to mobius. I've been manually operating it.

Question is what setting is preferred for this size tank, I mp40 and livestock I have?

Thanks in advance

I couldn't tell where you positioned it, but the max flow on the MP40 is 5000 Gph and your tank is around 90 gallons. Flow should be somewhere between 10x to 40x, so 1000 Gph (20%) to 4,000 Gph (80%) - although I'd probably start at 20% and increase it gradually until you get the flow pattern that you're after. For the type of corals you have I wouldn't go above 40% initially.

In terms of the actual flow, patterns - I use a lot of random and fixed in my setup - higher during the day and less at night.

Does that mean turn the dial until LED lights are @ 40%? Running on lagoon setting
