Mp40 or 40watt pentair uv sterilizer

Which one should I get first..on a budget and need both.. I currently have 1 gyre that's starting to die on me. I am also battling ugly stages on Sand since I moved livestock from my 90 to my now 180.

I'd go with the UV... you can always get a better, less expensive powerhead than an mp40. A cheaper UV is hard to come by.
