My MP40 ramps up and down to the maximum power set. For example in Reef Crust it will speed up and then it will slow down a lot and speed up again. Even in constant speed mode it speeds up then slows down. It is controlled by Mobius. Is this normal? How do I configure it so I will run the at the speed setup for it?

Are you saving the change? Reef crest I believe which is what I run I have set max at 60%. When you select the pump and edit you can adjust the slider, but have to save.
