Mp40 settings for 4foot tank

What speed do you keep your mp40’s on? I have a 4’ 70g aquarium and i have them set at 30% reef crest and seems like very strong flow.
I plan on a mainly sps and some lps.

You don't want your corals looking like this. I run my gyres between 20-50% during a 24-hour period, with most of that being random flow.
