Just got home to find that a snail crawled into one of my MP40's and stalled it. The red / green flashing light indicates it stalled...but the ecotech site doesn't say how to restart it! Do I have to do a reset on the controller?

I've tried doing a reset and that doesn't work...after the reset process it goes back to the red / green blink.

Call EcoTech, they have great service.

I submitted a ticket last night...wasn't sure if they worked weekends or not.

Try taking the wet side apart and make sure everything is aligned properly.

mine is flashing red and green. The first time I attempted the reset it seemed to work (i got the red / white / blue flashing) then it went back to red / green flash.

Turns out it was the wet side. Apparently the shaft was forced backwards which pushed the magnet into the back plate. When I opened it I found shredded plastic and saw where there were grooves dug into both the magnet and back plate...new wet side is now on order.
