He had 2 kessil lights for sale one that the blues worked on and one that they did not. I paid for the fully functioning one and he sent me the one with no blues. Has refused to answer any messages since...this was over a month ago. Initially I thought he mixed up the lights no big deal he will make it right...not the case, has ghosted me instead,
