Mp40qd wet side in good condition and dry side works flawlessly. The magnetic part on the dry side is unbalance. I tested it with parts from another mp40 and it's PERFECT.

Yes. This isn't a complete mp40. Just the dry side and wet side. I can believe how much time I've been asked. No controller or power supply or heat sink. It's meant to be for spare
