Mp40's running by apex

Anyone with a custom program that they don't mind sharing. I have 4 Mp40's on my display tank. 2 on each side opposite each other. I do know I want to run nutrient export sometime during the night before automatic water change kicks on in the morning.
No corals in tank but a Achilles that loves the flow. I plan on adding some lps and the easier sps like birdsnest,montipora,digitata and pocillopora
