MP40's with Apex on a Reefer 350

Hey guys

I have a Red Sea Reefer 350 with an apex system. I have 2 Vortech mp40's and am looking at my best option when it comes to a programme with the WXM module.
Does anyone have an opinion or even better a graph of the setups they have with their Vortech's and Apex.
Ive been reading that a lot of people are getting great results running a 3-5 second each way pulse.
Some have been saying that change i up between the already programmed setting like lagoon and reforest at different times of the day.
This is something I've just let go for a while as i have had bigger things to worry about. But its time now to get these powerbeads cranking the way they should be.
