Upgraded recently to a 75g. I have two MP10's currently, but just received a MP40 to replace them both. Where would you suggest to place it?

Nothing touches the back wall. Probably 3-4inches before anything would hit the back wall.

I would put it on the back wall and leave the MP10's. If you sold them then put it on one side or the other. id go the right side..

okay, thanks! One mp10 is spoken for for my friend. The other I'm letting a friend borrow! If it makes sense to keep one mp10 I will when I get it back from my friend

Yeah if its wireless id keep it and sync them up together and make magic hapen :)

I've got 2 Mp40's in my 75g, and I might add a mp10 for bottom flow action, but then again my tank is SPS dominant, and yours doesn't look that way.

But I would keep 1 of the Mp10's as well.

Okay, it's setup. Now, my glass is 8mm thick. It's between the 1/4 & 3/8 pin hole. Which should I put the pin on. I currently have it on 1/4 which is 6.5mm. 3/8 is 9.5mm

it's a beast BTW. & half speed it's perfect. Full speed is just ridiculous.

I'd go for the thinner glass at first and see what happens. Put it at 1/4 for now

I'd leave it where it is :) if it makes any weird noise or starts moving put it on the other setting.
