Hey everyone ! I'm at a loss here.... I have 2 mp40wes pumps and one of them I've lost all connection with. The center dial stays green and the pump does run along with me being able to turn the dial and the pump does respond accordingly but none of the 12 individual LEDs come on and no response to change modes when I push the mode button. The pump is stuck in constant mode. There are no flashing of any color codes on the dial either to indicate a fault. I have tried both soft and hard resets on the driver manually. The W in the top front corner does light up but it can no longer be found by my reef link. If anyone has any insight I would appreciate to greatly !

Thanks gpwdr but the pump cannot be found anymore with the reef link. Are you suggest resetting the reef link module itself ?

Yes I had this problem also. Reset the reef link, update the reef link. I don't remember if I had to reprogram or not.

Whelp no change. Wiped out complete setup and started from scratch as I would a brand new install of all equipment and still have the same issue with the one pump. I guess I will have to wait till Monday to contact Eco Tech. Hopefully they'll be able to help me get it figured out.

Fortunately after a handful of hrs and 5th of whiskey I had stumbled on using my iPhone app to add the missing pump by doing a legacy update and to my surprise it worked ! I don't know why it worked with the iPhone app and not the computer but I'm just glad it all is working now what a mess.....
