Came home today to my controller flashing green red and then white, any help? Tried reset but no luck.

Ecotech customer support advised me to try running the dry side alone and see if the error appears.

Worked late will have to follow up tomorrow with them.

Great support and handled my issues quickly, I called support and they will be sending a replacement dry side along with return label for defective unit.

Experiencing issues with my mp40 controller, flashing green red and then white and goes back to mode color and repeats. I have already tried doing a reset on the controller with no luck.

Thank you for contacting EcoTech Marine. I'm sorry to hear about the issue that you are having. If you remove the wetside from the aquarium, and just run the dryside by itself, do you still get the same red/green error?

The same error occurs with I run the dry side alone.

Thank you for that information. Please give us a call and we will exchange the MP40QD dryside for you as that seems to be the component at fault.
