Mp60 not found on Mobius app

I recently purchased a brand new mp60. I checked and it does have the black RF chip. I have a Vectra and an mp40 connected already but the app won’t find the new mp60. Any ideas? I was under the impression that if I have the black chip then I’m good to go.

Yes. It won’t find it.

I've did a soft and hard reset. I've swapped out the rf module from an mp40 that is connected. Still wont connect. Any other ideas?

Was this the reset you did?

• Hold Mode & Set till dial flashes red, white, and blue
• Hold Mode till dial flashes red & purple
• Hold Mode & Power till power resets

Yes I have done a soft and hard reset. It still doesn’t recognize it.

Mine is an older mp60 for which I have replaced the driver with a qd driver and the new mobius chip.

I have the same issue sorta with a MP40. I can find it but it won’t update because the “radio” on the board doesn’t seem to work.

I gave up on mine trying to roll back and attach them to wxm.
