I was responding to PMs, but for some reason I never saw notifications for responses to this thread. Sorry about that.

The date is April 2015. I double checked the communication with the person I bought it from, and they said they used it for 8 months at less than 20% (it was overpowered for their tank). I used it for about 3.

Somebody claimed it, but I will update this thread if it falls through.
