++++ I am missing the top 5" O-Ring. I have been using a piece of silicone airline tube and it seals fine. This is only the top one - a very inexpensive replacement part.
The gate valve was upgraded to a Spears This alone was $50.
I will get some pics up today after I break it down and clean it up but it is a very good skimmer.
Does NOT Include the pump. If you want the Pump as will I will include a less than 2 month old Mag 12 for an additional $100
