Real explosion of growth for everything in the tank. Below are some macro shots taken with the Laowa 24mm probe and my Nikon D810.

Just as a reminder, the laowa probe has a 7k led ring around the tip of the lens, so the color is much more akin to sunlight coloration.

I just learned of this Laowa macro probe and am really interested in it for my macro coral shots. I currently shoot with a Nikon D610 and Nikkor 200mm f/4 macro with a long porthole tube, which is a beast to manage in an aquarium:

I'm interested to hear your opinion of the Laowa and see any additional example coral shots you have using it.

Thanks.

Hey @SuncrestReef,

I'll post more shots this week, but I loved the Laowa when I was renting it. I think its a fantastic lens for coral photography with the draw back of destroying the colors we've created with our fancy lights. At f14 its hard to do anything but use the light at the end of the lens, so you just have to be comfortable sacrificing color for detail.
