Is there a big difference in term of clarity betwen the two? I plan on getting one soon maybe today if i can get some inputs. Thanks!

I have a low iron Mr. Aqua 22 and I love it. Wasn't much different than the standard glass though, you'll be happy with either.

The reason i asked was because some say there is a notiecable difference , while others say there's none whatsoever. I think it's the latter.

Two panels side by side.....maybe you could tell a difference. on a tank that's filled.....just a placebo effect, impo.

I own 2 Mr Aqua 12 gallons in low iron. The panels are nice and clear with little to no tinting. If you look through the edge (5-10"+) of solid glass it has a bluish/grey color. The standard version is going to have a green tint even noticeable looking straight on through the 1/4" thick glass. Looking through the edge will be almost solid green.
