Thanks guys for the comments!! We will continue to do our best to bring the deals in. On cut frags we do allow them to sit for 2 weeks before we think about shipping. As a customer you can always tell us to hold them longer also we love to baby sit coral and see them grow.

I order a 10 acro frag pack ... 5 died within a week and only two left in a month.
I tried a second order of a single chalice and it was fresh cut and still alive ..it's been a week ... received 7/1
great prices but I would only get non fresh cut frags on my next order.

I did an order from him for the price i still coulnd't beat it even thought 6 of the 10 died. but for 90 bucks shipped to my door I would of spent more then that buying local just for the 4 frags. only time will tell what they look like once grown out. the remaining 4 are encrusing good as I type. customer service is a+ as far as I am concerned I will order again probly just a chalice pack or zoas or have him hold the corals a bit longer since the offer is out there.
 
We placed a couple of orders last winter. The prices were too good to pass up. But then we lost the grand majority of them. Some were healed, some pretty freshly cut. I think we have all of 2 frags left from them. I agree 100% with the comment made above with the cheap hand warmers. Due to that reason I won't order from him in the Winter again and am extremely hesitant to order at all again. Sunny did write back to us quickly everytime, but was very cryptic and hard to understand.
 
We used about 2000 of those hand warmers over the winter. Trust me they work and are just like Reg Warmers. We did many test runs. Of course in the winter months things can happen depending on the condition but we guarantee all items. Just would have to send us a photo if something did not make it. As stated we will not ship a frag unless it has had 2 weeks to heal. Also, we can sit on anything you like for longer. Don't mind babysitting either.

just for the record i have 2 different sps packs in the past 2 months and both had the same thing happen.
the mellow yellow one and the fireflys one!
 
ordered twice from them both times they shipped on the day i asked them not to..
but the corals were nice
 
Thanks for the order sorry about the mix up on shipping dates. We ship Monday--Wed and will email 24 hrs before shipping just to make sure everything is Ok. Glad the corals were nice for you.
 
I bought a acan frag pack and a large frag of strawberry lemonade sps ($50). I received the package promptly and well wrapped but no sps frag. I immediately called and told him and he said that he place it in the package. I emptied the box and bags and no large sps frag. He then says he must have put it in the wrong box and would give me a $50 refund but I would have to use it at the online store and pay shipping. I told him I didn't want the refund, that I wanted the sps frag, and he tells me he has no more. He said he would get back to me when it grew out and 6 months later (and I have contacted him since about it), I have nothing. I did not get the frag nor a refund.

The acan frags, half of them died from being mauled and the other half are just sitting there, looking like they did 6 months ago. Saw cut acans need months to heal, not a week.

Have you been feeding your acans?

I ordered a bunch of time and they always hook me up....Fresh cut(i'm always using coral rx for all new coral) never have problem with them and ....whose can beat his price......
