Just thought i would share my experience with Mr Coral ebay order as i have read some mixed reviews about this vendor. Figured i would give it a shot myself, how could you pass up such good prices.

I ended up winning 7 auctions, all zoas cause im a zoa/paly junky. The order was shipped on Wednesday August 27 and i received it in California the next morning at about 930am. It was packaged nicely. Each zoa individually packed then all frags wrapped in 2 additional bags. Bryan checked the weather in my area for the delivery day and added an ice pack as it was supposed to be over 100 degrees in my area. I dont buy online often but I thought that was pretty cool.

I will admit the polyps all looked freshly fragged but almost all of them did have rock under the polyp. 2 of the 7 polyps i received looked to be on there way out. I messaged Bryan immediately with pictures. unfortunately by that Saturday 3 of the 7 polyps did not make it. The other 4 polyps are doing great as of today. I dont know why i see so many posts indicating frustration in regards to response time as Bryan was responding to my emails by the next day even though it was a holiday weekend. Though the corals that melted away were not DOA within 2 hours of receiving Bryan has still offered to replace the polyps on my next order or issue a refund. I think so far ive had great customer service and i have no problem ordering again so i decided to have them replaced with my next order.

Suggestion for MR. Coral: I dont know your process with ebay but i would definitely recommend you fragging the polyps before you post the Ebay listing so they will have time to heal by the time the listing ends. Also i would recommend selling adult polyps as all the polyps did look like babies reducing there chances for survival, ime. Labeling the bags would also help in id'ing the coral in case issues arise and replacement are to be provided , you'll actual know what your replacing.

update to my experience.

still great customer service from Bryan but,

i will never be purchasing from you again based on the product i received. I would warn others to not purchase from you either. looks like my first review was premature.

The coral you offer is not very impressive at all once not in a picture online. out of 7 zoa frags in the first order and another 7 zoa frags in the replacement order i only had 2 survive the first order and 1 survive the second order. Not very good for almost spending $200.00. Its not alot to some but to me its way more than the norm. Only one of the polyps that survived out of the 14 shipped to me looks like anything i actually won on ebay.

Believe me this has nothing to do with my water quality as my tank is primarily zoa/paly and they are all thriving. Id also like to mention the salinty in your bags being a bit high, 1.030 when i checked after floating the bags to temperature acclimate them.
