I thought I would get in the R2R live auction deal and pick up a few frags.I never used Mr.Coral thought I would give them a try.I have bought from many vendors but this is by far the worst ever.First I won a few auctions and payed for the corals and the $34.00 shipping cost.I also went to his web site and added more for total that came to $334.00.Today I get fresh chopped very tiny colorless frags.2 frags are DOA and 1 came off the plug floating around in the bag dead.Most of the frags are not what I even ordered.I understand a few DOA but what no freebies at all?$334.00 and not even one freebie to make up for a DOA.Every vender I ever ordered from has given me a freebie.Yes I took pictures of DOA's but I will not be making a reorder because his frags are not worth it.He told me he was giving me a deal ok some deal I got.I feel like I just got taken.Thank you Mr.Coral you got the last dollar you will ever get from me.Better yet how about I pay $35.00 and ship all them back and you give me my $334.00 back and I will even throw in a few freebies to cover the DOA from all these fresh chopped tiny colorless crappy frags you sent me.Then I can go to another vendor that cares for the corals and there customers.

When did you get this package? Why are you emailing me right now? You should of got the package by 10:30am. Why no pics contact anything until Midnight? My Policy is you have to send pics within 2 hours of you getting your order then send me pics. I overlook that still no pics plus offer to send you another package and pay for the shipping to Texas which is much more then $34.99. Then you bash me and say I would of not got made if I would add a freebie or 2? But now I get bashed? Does this make sense?

I have ordered from mr coral 4 times now. Texas I will say this, on my first order I was upset that the frags came in brown. It's been 4 months now and omg the frags I got have colored up and are incredible. You have to be patient in this hobby and sometimes just trust that vendors are still around because they do right by people. Mr coral does send small frags but my god they are cheap so you can't really complain. In my order experience I've had about 90% success rate with his stuff. That's about the same as I have anywhere else. So in all, if you have a good stable tank, I bet in 4 months you will be **** happy with what you got.

Thanks Epic. There was a Big Fat Pic of each frag shipping rate posted with the rules in every post during the live sale. Of course on the High End Palys I offer small frags just like everyone else to make it affordable for all. Also, On those Small Palys you never cut the coral. They come in on these rocks that you just break off with even with your finger then glue the rock to the plus so they never get cut. Plus they have been sitting. He said he would of been happy if I added in a freebie because All Vendors do? Sorry I drop my prices so far for the live sale I did not even think someone would expect a freebie. But now all of sudden all this. Plus I offer to pay to ship out another package on me and pay for everything? Never got a pic, Got a email at Midnight saying 2 DOa's? Then I get Bashed? I offer to even call him so we did not have to do Pm's. I have done what I can at this point.

I am patient and have ordered from many vendors here.I did not get what I ordered and to get fresh cut tiny unstable and DOA's frags I am not patient about.What I payed I would say not very cheap for what I got.I will post your pictures and pictures of what I got to compare. It's really easy to get up set right of the bat. There's no worse feeling than waiting on your corals to arrive and have a problem. It's like Christmas when they arrive. Issues do come up, you can have problems with shipping live corals. I don't think Mr Coral has stayed in business by doing what you're claiming on purpose. There are different rules for special sales. If you really feel like this can't be worked out, and you don't want to do business with him, take the refund and move on. I'm not belittling the situation in anyway, but just resolve it and move on. Bashing people on forums will not solve your issue. Now , if he wasn't offering to make it right, that's a different story. But it appears he is trying to make this issue right. I've had corals shipped and received corals where several had died. And they were fully in crusted on a plug. It can and does happen for a lot of different reasons. Ok, I don't want to rant, just hope everyone steps back and takes a breathe, and works it out. I've ordered from Mr coral 2 now and haven't had any issues with his stuff. Got a frag of meteor shower and amen though it was small, it was $10 a opposed top the $50+ i saw similar frags going for on other sites. You must want him to give you mini colonies for nothing. The mushroom i just got for him was on another site listed for $250. I'm not complaining in the least and i find your experience to be in contrary to the majority of people he deals with. It seems that he has tried to make it right for you but you just don't want to hear it. Sometimes you can have bad customers too, i know because i had to ban more that one when i ran a pizza shop.

I too have order from Mr. Coral just for a paradise zoo frag but i ended up with like 7-8 frags by the time it was all over, and everything has lived except for ythe paradise zoos, which to be honest i wasn't suprised, the paradise zoos are extremely hard to ship and die very frequently. Now, with this being said i was pming him on some other deals about a month after the paradise zoos died, and i told them that they died and they offered me another frag with my next order. I have nothing but good to say about Mr. Coral
