Sonny, I just don't get it! You told me I have a 100 dollar credit from stuff being doa about 6 months ago! I've emailed u 3-4 times a week and yet you ignore me! I've sent an email to every email you have listed! I've called and gotten no call back! But yet you find time every day to send me your sale emails! If you don't male this right, not only will I NEVER buy from you again but I will make sure every reefer on every site knows what you have done to not only me but others!!!!


Why must you ruin the fun of this hobby?
 
Mr.Coral is the cause of every single negative experience I've endured while in this hobby. I never recommend anyone to him due to his lies and 'shady' business practices. Buyer beware. He's screwed or tried to screw many of the locals.

After I posted, I got a few pm's showing me different forums where this has happened as well. Then showing him berate the customer....
 
Im sorry for your bad experience, but I never had a bad experience with Sonny.
But I understand your frustration.
 
Have you tried and pick up the phone and call the store? Before you post things pick up the phone and call. I have no idea who you are still. I will be in 11-3 Sunday call us. Trust me we take care of our customers!! You are on a mailing list on the website site if you are emailing that we don't get it. 301-695-5777. If you called did you ever talk to anyone? We are open 6 days a week just call during business hours.
 
I've bought numerous items from Sonny via his eBay auctions and as a walk-in at the store. So far I can say it has always been a positive experience. I don't know the circumstances of your situation but he seems like a pretty reasonable guy, I'm sure if you give him a call he'll make it right.
 
I have to agree that to date I have had nothing but excellent transactions with Sonny. He seems to be a real stand up guy that tries to make all of his customers extremely happy.

i have got 7 or 8 orders about 40 or 50 frags from him and never had a problem.half or my coral in my 75g is from him.and i will order again.
 
so he just stoped communicating i call no answer, needles to say i will chalk this up as a lost and NEVER order from here again! ihave probably had about 400 dollars of corals melt away from this vendor so all and all i know who NOT to buy from!

I bought from Sonny since he grew stuff in his basement and never had an issue. He's always been a straight shooter with me.

Sonny, is a nice guy aNd very helpful. But also very forgetful. If you have a problem he always takes care of it but, you have to stay on him or you will never hear from him. I have spend alot of money with sonny and I just gave up because it is such a rassle to get resolve. No hard feelings though.
 
staying on him is beyond what i have done.....i have heard so many bad things and this is the iceing on the cake! its been over 2 months thats horrible customer service. what if you bought a tv from best buy, for the super bowl and it broke 3 days before, they tell you they will replace it and then all of a sudden they stop answering ur calls emails and when you go into the store they ignore you......now tell me....would you shop there again? i bet not :) o well i vented lol im done mods please close this thread!

I know he tried to shut me up with threats of legal action when I posted my bad experiences with him.
Very unproffesional and unscrupulous vendor that I wouldn't ever support.
 
When i go to his store i always get the most for my money.......buyer beware i dont need may hand held his selection and prices in store are twice what you get from any other store in the balt/wash area.....how can someone who walks into a store and then walks out complain afterwords......buying online is another thing....completely different were the vender/owner is the most important thing sonny is the best for walk in customers i have ordered off his site but picked up in store....all my dealing have been square....A+
