Since this is my first meeting, I have a question: Am I supposed to bring anything? I know they need extra chairs so my husband and I are bringing our own chairs but am I supposed to bring anything, food or drink wise? Is it like a potluck because my husband makes a mean pasta salad (it has shrimp and bacon!). I might be able to convince him to make a batch if we're supposed to bring something.

Yes, absolutely. We have a strict no one in without shrimp and bacon potato salad rule. But on a serious note, you do not have to bring anything. The club is kind enough to pay for the meal from funds raised from dues and our frag swap. The only time we are asked to bring food is when there are way more people than normal and it is always announced.

I just don't need to be walking too much. When hauling that new 60 gallon we bought from Bart into the house, something popped in my foot and I am not moving too well. Still, we need the knowledge and need a lot of brains in one room to pick. so not coming is not an option.
