I think you can use a controller(reef angel or apex) to control them. If you choose against that then each will need their own controller unless they have changed that since my 1st gen wp40.

There was a group buy on here not too long ago that had the 25 and the 40 both under $60. If that's the case here, I'll definitely be buying 2.
