What size is it ? I can always use an extra if no one claims it Hah!
Coral Mag has an artical about a new way to detect the use of cyanide in the fish supply chain that may be of great help in buying Fish from any source (Just an Idea) To talk about...

Dang, I really hate that I am going to have to miss the May meeting as it would have been my first since joining the club at the frag swap. I already have plans to go up to Michigan. Bummer!

Since Swap time is when we gain some new folks, how about a part of it being spent on plumbing tips and techniques? Lots of different ways of moving water, and we each have our favorites, or simply do what we were shown once....sadly I won't be able to make the meeting (It's memorial day weekend) but if this is of interest and someone wants to grab it and take it down to Jay's, I have a few spare PVC parts lying around..I am sure there are enough of us with remnant of this or bought too much of that to put together a nice little demonstration. I even have a full set of overflows that could be borrowed for show and tell. Just throwing an idea out.

And if it's boring then we can count on Bill to bring Cyanide...hehe

Bill will be recovering from eye surgery and i doubt i will make this meeting, But this seems like a way to see who's selling illegally caught fish and that interests me and should everyone else. IMO

Wow all the Importers in LA are hedging their sources as to if they (Without their knowledge) are supplying them with improperly caught fish, They had no knowledge or way of telling this!!!! This may be the Best Thing to happen to the Fish Importing Chain ever and just may increase the probility of getting healthy fish in the near future.
This could be a game changer for the better of the whole Industry. JMO

There was a thread a while back about doing a group buy on an expensive coral, growing it and then fragging it. Can we discuss that at the meeting as well, or possibly doing a Unique group Buy again as was done last year prior to my arival?

It wouldnt be from Unique again. I think we should do something with spikescorals.com. He was at the swap, and really good guy. We were discussing setting up a group buy from him, and getting some decent discounts. I will contact him, and we can discuss at the meeting
