MTRC October Meeting!

This months meeting is going tobe held at pet palace in Clarksville.

October 28th 6:30PM

Topics to be discussed are DIY projects and the FRAG SWAP!

as always, there will be raffles.

Hello. Last month my son, his friend and I came to the meeting. It was out first time to attend. My son, Andrew joined the club...paid the dues and we haven't gotten his membership card in the mail yet. Also I think he gave a user name? Password? for the forum but we can't remember. He wants to use his club discount this weekend. Can someone help us figure this out? Thanks!

The membership card is generally given at meetings. The username and password reefer to the reef2reef website. If he doesn't have one and just made something up, he'll need to create one on here.

his card was sent 2 weeks ago.... should have been received, if not, we can work on getting a new one sent out. private message has been sent....

Also the user name he put on the application is: calvo15290. unfortunatly i can t help with the password

Sunday evening in Clarksville.. hmmm I wish the time was a little bit earlier.. it will be 9pm to 9:30pm by the time I get home.. and for some folks it will be 10 or so.

We need good attendance to make this meeting happen. if the response is still this weak by tomorrow, we will have to re-schedule for another time. if we have to do that, we will try and find somehwere more local to hold the meeting. if you are not planning on coming please say so that we can get that response also. i cant figure out how to modify the poll. the next one will have a "not coming" selection.

I think we have to cancel this one guys. The response is too little to justify having the meeting there. We can only meet when they are not open for regular business hours, and the distance seems to be an issue as well, not just the time.

On such short notice of the change. Our gracious President of the club, Jay(Smyrnareefer) has volunteered to host instead. We will be MEETING at 12pm on Saturday(not Sunday) Oct. 27th.

I am closing this thread and starting a new one with a new poll as well. Sorry for the inconvenience everyone.
