Mucus, Fishing or Normal?

Just wondering if this is normal or if I should pull it out.
It's been in the tank 2 days. Phos is high .4 , Mag is low 1110, everything else is good.

It does blow off, only running GFO.

Looking at the rest of the rock I have to wonder if it's a food.
Like an amino or something. Like something making the bacteria bloom.

Is is just that rock?

I picked up the frag to get a better pic. I shook off the mucus and netted it out. then moved it to a lower location in the tank.
I'll see if it looks better tomorrow.

That's really weird. Maybe look for a tube worm or snail.
