Hi ,I have a 150 gallon with most lps and softies. Current residents include a juvenile emperor ( I know I will rehome when he gets larger ) three Springer damsels , one kupang damsel and a harem of six ocellaris clowns(I know I'm rolling the dice no real problems yet but I know it's early) as my final fish for the tank I was considering multicolored angels 3. Has anyone tried a harem of them before and how do they look in real life I haven't seen them in person. One last question how are they with corals? Thank you for your time

The ones I’ve tried have been generally safe with corals.

They’re probably one of the more aggressive dwarf angels, though not at all vicious from my experience, I’d be cautious if you’re adding other dwarf species to the tank after a mature Multicolor has established itself. I haven’t kept them in a harem, either.

They are very striking fish, active and confident being out and about in the tank. I wouldn’t say they’re the most personable dwarfs (as in they’ll greet you). Keep in mind, they are a relatively deepwater angel, and while they may start out predominantly white, with our reef lighting, their white will start to ”tan” on their undersides.

In person when at the LFS these fish will look stunning (I nearly picked up my own specimen of this but figured it wasn’t worth risking my clams).

However I’ve found that in high light situations they tend to dull in colour and don’t look quite so bright. But if you want a poorman’s nahackyi Angel then it’s perfect! (I personally don’t mind if a multicolour angel dulls but not everyone feels the same way towards it).

Here’s a specimen I saw a few months ago and nearly got:
