Ok I'll admit it, I rarely check my parameters. I've been looking at these new multi parameter meters and I'm wondering if there is a good one that people recommend? I see this one for about $350....

I haven’t read much good about the spin test which I believe is api ?

I’ve wanted yo try this Hanna one but a little too high price for my liking .
If my system was newer I would most likely have bought it already

I have this set and it is fantastic, organized and communicates each step for each test and maintains an electronic log of your readings for up to ten tanks

If you don't own any of the Hanna checkers, then the Marine Master may be the way to go. It is $457 with reagents, or $385 for just the meter only. It tests pH, Alkalinity, Ammonia, Calcium, Magnesium, Nitrate, Nitrite, and Phosphate levels.

I do have Hanna checkers but all of my regents are expired.

I'm looking for ease of use and less clutter

OK, fair enough. I just don't think the Hanna Marine Master is worth getting. it's specifications do not look good to me.

For example:

pH +/- 0.2 (very bad)

Magnesium +/- 64 ppm

calcium +/- 25 ppm
