I have a 220ish gallon system consisting of 3 tanks and 1 sump. Lighting schedule is the same on all 3, just different intensity for the type of coral. My second tank has always had algae issues despite my algae scrubber and chaeto reactor. N03 reads 3 but trying to keep it higher and struggling, p04 is .01 for the past 2 weeks just did a really small dose to try and bump it back to .03. Besides the normal film on glass the other 2 tanks are clean. Is there something that I am over looking?

Please excuse the dirty glass, the tank im talking about is the one with the naso.

Are your CUC's pretty consistent between tanks? I also notice your middle pic, while you have the same lighting schedule you also have another light which increases intensity as well as spread compared to the other tanks which would also increase algae growth..

The CUC is a little lighter than the others but not drastically. That's an easy solution though, so will most likely go to my LFS to beed up the CUC. Thanks guys!

One other difference I just noticed but don't think it should be a big issue is that the flow is also the strongest in the problem tank, by 10% on pulse mode.

How long has your second tank been running for? Even though it’s plugged into the same system, when I added a frag tank to my system, the frag tank still went through an “ugly phase”.

I added 2 tanks a few months ago forget exactly when, have to look it up. But only one of them is giving me algae issues..

If it’s only been a few months, I would still consider it relatively new and just stay the course and let the “uglies” subside. If it’s a frag tank and you have the ability to move corals to different tank, you can shut down the lights on the algae affected tank and let things mature.
