I transfered my 15 gallon reef tank over to a new Reefer 350 3 months ago. In the last 3 weeks i have had 4 chromis. 1 foxface, a yellow watchman goby and 1 cleaner shrimp die. They all look fine when the lights go out at night and next afternoon when they come on theirs a fish death. I have been dosing nopox for 2 weeks at 6 ml a day split into 2 doses to keep my nitrates and phosphates down due to some diatoms and green algae on my live rock. All my coral is doing fine and all parameters are in check. Any ideas anyone?

50lbs live rock
60lbs hawaiian black live sand

Ph - 8.0
Ammonia - 0ppm
Nitrite - 0ppm
Nitrate - 2ppm
Phosphate - .31ppm
Calcium - 460ppm
Alk - 11 dkh
Magnesium - 1360ppm

What was the most recent addition to the tank? Do you QT?

I dont currently qt. I bought 6 Chromis and after a week one by one they started dropping. I chalked it up to bullying. I have 2 left now. My Foxface was active and always eating for the month and a half i had him. Fed him 2 days ago then an hour later he was belly up. My shrimp was half in a molt when i found him. My black ocellaris clown is still doing good and so is my Kole tang

No visible signs of anything on any of the dead fish too
