Hi everyone,
my fish are displaying a variety of symptoms and Idk what to do. 2 weeks ago i noticed white stringy poop so for the last 2 weeks they have been fed with a 1 to 1 metroplex to focus dose in food 1 to 3x a day. Since then one fish is weirdly swimming at an angle and living in one corner of the tank, one tang and one cardinal have a few white dots, and multiple fish have frayed fins. No one is flashing, scratching, or rapid breathing. Everyone is eating. Im making h20 for a water change now, but what is going on and any thoughts on how to treat in a reef Display tank?!
*Note, this is a 3-4 year old 220g reef tank. I no longer have a qt set up, and even if I did have one large enough, there is no way I can catch them all without a complete tank break down. The tank has corals, anemones, snais, crabs, shrimp, serpent stars, etc.*
(Best pics I could get. I can't tell if the stingy poop is resolved yet. Doesnt seem to be? The tang had like an ich long whitish brown sting like chaeto coming out? )

From your pictures and descriptions I’m seeing bacterial infections. That said I would move from using metroplex to the use of Kanaplex mixed with focus. I might also add a bit of garlic extreme or a similar product as garlic is a known antiparasitagen. I’ve had singular white spot like your blue tangs that have just gone away. The sunken abdomen can be dehydration or the presence an internal bacterial infection. Again I would just switch out metroplex for Kanaplex and I think you’ll resolve these issues.

Okay I will switch today. Thank you!

Can you catch any of them? I’m thinking flukes, a fw dip can confirm.

Caught 1 bangaii cardinal and fw dipped it, nothing came off in the water. Tried to get others when they slept, and fed. chased them around the tank. Argh.
Did a water change today, metroplex didnt seem to do much, kanaplex starting tomorrow
