Multiple leopard wrasses in QT and their sleeping arrangements

I am setting up a 100 gallon qt tank to house all my fish. Got a ick problem.
I have 3 meleagris, 2 geoffroyi's, and a melanarus.

What I'm curious about is, do they prefer a common sleeping area?
Or do they want to be completely away from each other?

Will they tolerate one large dish with sand or multiple small ones?

I believe they will burrow near each other. That many, I would do multiple Tupperware containers.

I'm thinking about 3 different ones. One on each end and one in the middle.

Yea, you’d be surprised how many sand burrowing wrasses can fit into one container lol But, I’d still offer multiple containers to avoid competition for sleeping space.

And how little sand they need to bury themselves completely.
I recently had a meleagris in qt, with a small plate of sand, no more than 1" deep. No other burrowing wrasses.
Every evening, she'd vanish completely into that thin layer of sand, shortly before lights out, hardly spilling any.
I could never see any trace of her, either in the late evening or early morning.
Now she's fat and sassy cruising the reef all day. Really an excellent qt result all around.

If you are treating for ich make sure you stir the sand daily to expose any parasites to the meds.

So long as one doesn't literally bump into another already buried when attempting to bury, they really don't care.

There's no way you are going to be able to QT them all at once - I think you really should just send them to me
