I’ve got a saltwaterfish.com order coming Friday morning with:

Yellow Watchman Goby (3 hour drip)
Randalli Shrimp (2 hour drip)
Peppermint Shrimp (2 hour drip)
Cleaner Shrimp (2 hour drip)
2 Emerald Crabs (1 hour drip)
A few Trochus snails to get me to free shipping (2 hour drip)

There’s 3 different acclimation schedules in there... Goby will be acclimated solo as he’s going into QT, inverts will get two tank water baths after acclimation and before entering the main tank. My question is, can I drip acclimate the shrimp/snails/crabs all together in a small bucket or is it best to separate some or all? I’m a little freaked out about running 3 or 4 acclimation tubs at once!

Also, should I add an air stone and a small heater to each bucket (I’ve got tons of spare equipment laying around) or is just the drip enough for the short time they’re in there?

maybe I'm wrong but I've personally never acclimated by time only but by turnover volume of the container over time (I'm thinking 2hrs is a lil long) .... not sure what that is in equivalent drips per second anymore

Keep in mind the hour acclimation times comes directly from Saltwaterfish.com! I usually go by volume but I want to follow their procedure on their fish
