I have a 200 Deep Dimension that has a One Spot Foxface in it, that's been in the tank for about 2 years. Awhile back, I "adopted" a 75 that had a Magnificent Rabbitfish in it. I'm tearing down the 75. What are the chances that the two Rabbitfish will get alone, in the 200? If it comes down to it, I'll remove the One Spot Foxface, which would probably require tearing the 200 down to catch...lol, and keep the Magnificent Rabbitfish. Obviously, I'd rather not have to go that route, so figured I'd get some advice...

If it matters, both fish are approximately 6-7" and FAT. If anything, the Magnificent is slightly larger than the Foxface. The Foxface occasionally bickers with a Tomini Tang, but it's typically the Tomini that starts the trouble and the Tomini always win the skirmishes.

i wouldnt recomend housing the 2 of them together since they tend to be aggresive towards each other. but considering there gonna be in a 200g it may be big enough for both of them to co exist

Your tank should be big enough. But you never know the temperament of similar species towards each other until you actually put them in the same tank. It would have been nice to have introduced them at the same time, but obviously you won't have that luxury. do you have enough space towards the top of your tank to put a smaller tank and keep it suspended in the water so the new rabbit can swimm around and be seen by the other fishes? That should help alot because they kinda get used to seeing each other. Or maybe rig up an eggcrate cage for the new rabbit to go into while getting used to the tank and for other's to get used to it.
