muriatic acid Type question

I was looking at this stuff at Home Depot and they sell one that has 90% less fumes.

Then they sell the old fashion stuff At menards.

Is the one with 90% less fumes okay to use or is it like stuff that has added scents that you don’t use for certain things?

It has less fumes because it is more dilute that Standard muriatic acid. There is nothing added to it. Randy set me straight and muriatic acid is also the name for hydrochloric acid like used in a lab. I think they are claiming their product has 90% less fumes than concentrated HCL. Which it does.

I use that brand and it works fine. I used some yesterday.
