Mushroo babies

How often or the timw frame does mushroom spawn babies? I got this Nuclear Sunset a year ago and it is still single. Should I try to cut it to propogate?

No time frame, some will within few weeks some will take forever. What triggers growth no one knows. I wouldn't cut it.

Put it in some flow and it will prob try to move and then it will drop babies. Some shrooms move without flow but flow usually gets them going. I had some Xenia encroach on a shroom and it moved to get away and stopped a baby.

I second what Dr. Reef said. Mostly depends on the type of mushroom and the system that it's in. If you put in direct flow it may cause it to start to "crawl" away leaving bits of its foot behind that'll grow into little ones. Patience, nothing good in this hobby happens quickly

Definitely patience is needed on our hobbt. I was just wondering because I had those generic mushrooms before and they spawns like mad.
