I've got St. Thomas Mushroom (Discosoma sanctithomae), Hairy Mushroom (Rhodactis indosinensis) and some smooth Discosoma varieties, and I'm wondering about compatibility, because I'd like to put them all together on a rock, and as they spread I imagine they'll eventually be touching.
Any advice?

Never had a problem with all of those varieties touching. Even the ricordias mix in with the mushrooms though eventually the mushrooms do shade out the less agressive ricordia species. If you are keeping or planning on sps or lps especially frogspawn or anchor corals don't let the mushrooms near them as they will damage them You wouldn't think the mushrooms could do much damage but they have killed a couple of my branches of frogspawn, damaged a chalice and some sps just by growing under them. Best of luck!

Would like to see some nice mushroom rocks!
