Mushroom Coral Help

Hey fellow reefers, i had a mushroom that went mia and i found it in a crack of rock all wedged in there, i took it out of there and this is what it looks like, it has released a whole bunch of white stringy stuff and has that clear stuff in the middle, should i be worried? What can i do for it? I glued it back to the spot.

Just be patient and leave it alone.
They are pretty tough and should be fine in a day or so.

Sometimes when stressed (or even just barely inconvenienced) mushrooms will extrude their guts like that. Once settled and happy again it will go right back to normal. I love mushroom coral for their resilience. Glad you found yours, very pretty coral.
