Mushroom coral question

Relatively new to the hobby, about 6 months now. Loving the experience, tank is doing great, only question is what are these branch like limbs that my mushroom is growing here?

If you are talking about the big brown tube, that is a vermetid snail. They are a pest that shoots out a web that irritates coral. Best to break it off and put super glue over it to kill it.

or even, if you can get in there to break it off. i used a set of wire snips and then scraped the rest off with an xcto knife. the key thing is to make sure that you get it all off so that it doesnt just come back

It also wouldn’t hurt to pick up some bumblebee snails. They are said to eat them (mine didn’t), some wrasses will as well.
