Hey all! My mushroom has green squiggly stuff coming out of the center. This is one of the two pieces that the mushroom split into about 2-3 weeks ago. What’s the green stuff in the center? What’s happening to the mushroom when this is happening? (See picture attached)

I have had this happen with mine. It usually has been poop.
Or if the coral gets bumped I've seen it do that but never have any issues.

It must’ve been grazed by something because the green part of its center inverted back into the mushroom. Thanks for your input!

Mine do this every time I move them.

Their way of saying they are mad.
