Mushroom disease?

Had a mini tank crash and the discoma mushrooms shriveled up. The clowns host them and weren't getting any better so its been relocated for a bit. I think its actually getting better now but wondering what it could be.

Referring to the brown edge with some filaments coming out.

Those white curly things your seeing are Mesenterial Filaments. These are usually used as a defense mechanism, but corals will also expel them when they're stressed out too. As long as your parameters are ok I wouldn't even worry about it right now. As soon as the coral calms down they should disappear.
 
Ok not super worried at this point just thinking maybe it was a disease of some sort I could treat to help heal faster, the clowns are finally making babies again after a long absence so wanna give the rock back to them asap
