Over a few days I've noticed that my bounce mushroom has florescent white tiny spots around its rim and wanted to know what it could be?

Have you tried brushing the mushroom with something or blowing a stream of water at it with a turkey baster to see if they blow off, or move? You could even pull the frag out of the tank, put it in a small container of tank water and try pulling GENTLY at the white spots with a pair of tweezers to see if they come off.

How long have you had the mushroom?

It's possible these are some kind of pest or could even be part of the mushrooms own body. It's almost impossible to tell without more info. Also, if you pull it out of the tank, let it get comfortable in the small container and take some photos of it under normal room lighting, both the entire mushroom and, if possible, very up close and personal.

In that lighting it's hard to tell much of anything, and anything white is going to look florescent.

Shroom appears normal. Everything glows under blue lighting

Under this lighting those flourescent white spots are teal! But under blue photo period it is flourescent white

I shall try blowing on it with a Turkey baster! And I feel it might be part of the coral since it doesnt seem to be stressed or irritated but I will try the other methods aswell!
