Mushroom i.d please

I posted and asked before purchasing (with sellers photo) but now I have purchased and have had mushroom since Monday, now I can send better pics
It is also hanging off side of plug so should I let it grow before attaching to another rock (I don't mean frag it as I have never done this, I mean attach frag plug to a piece of rock for it to grow on)

St Thomas maybe, that's best/closest I could find

It could be an umbrella mushroom (Discosoma neglecta). I'm no expert, but I came across this mushroom a while ago and it piqued my interest.
I think they are spiky like St. Thomas mushrooms and like yours.
