Could anyone help me ID this mushroom? It is about 4 inches when fully expanded. Thanks a lot!

How are your experiences in feeding rhodactises? This one I have isn't eating much if at all. I am feeding the "cloud stuff" you get from thawing frozen krill and sometimes tiny bits of fish food. I tried to feed it a krill chunk (what I feed to my lps and bigger paly heads) but it did not respond at all.

Purple I have had mixed experiences with feeding of any mushrooms. However the size of the krill may be to large you may wanna try something in the smaller nano gram range i.e. rotifers, oyster eggs, or even a blend food like reef frenzy or reef roids. These foods are acceptable to feed a wide variety of corals and I would strongly suggest there use if interest

Feed the tank, wait 30 minutes, drop a couple pellets on the Rhodactis and it will eat.

I would love to find any mushroom ... hard to find local ... (that comment outside a reef forum would raise eyebrows)
*going down the street*
"Hey man you got any mushroom for sale? I want some."
Them: "What??"
You: "Yeah I wanna grow them"

Calls for 911 proceed to be made.
