Mushroom id/ uniqueness

Buddy wants to trade a frag of this mushroom but we have no idea what it is or how unique it is. So thought id ask yall your opinions.

He bought it from another reefer who has a couple grown ones and he got one w a baby on the side of the frag. He's had it for a couple months now.

Im in western NC. The second one you posted is a nice riccordia Yuma but doesn't have a trade name.
